Cliff and his team have been taking care of our pool since we moved in this summer. They are always professional and their communication is well above any others that we have worked with. Today, I witnessed such a small extra service that goes above and beyond anything that they are contracted to do. I was on a zoom call for work when our tech was here so I did not get a chance to talk to him and thank him. When he was finished with our weekly service I just happened to look out the window and he was wheeling our trash can back to our backyard after the city truck was here. That was fantastic, but then I watched him do the same thing with our neighbor's trash can, and they don't even have a pool so I know they're not clients!! It's such a simple gesture, but to me, it shows how much they care about us as clients and also about the neighborhoods they serve! Thank you!
